Please donate and help us give students around the world a better educational experience.

Professors Without Borders is a non-profit organization that brings top educators to universities around the world. We organize short ‘summer’ courses over two weeks where the focus is on building skills and confidence. The aim is to inspire and empower our students through education. Our educators are enthusiastic, student-focused and leaders in their subject field.

In our first year, we reached 125 students in Sierra Leone, bringing in 7 international educators and teaching courses in law, politics, economics and entrepreneurship. We also held a Model United Nations Simulation and workshops on research skills, presentation, teaching and writing. All this for under 10,000GBP.

Each year we have continued to expand around the world by hosting short courses and workshops at Fourah Bay College (Sierra Leone), Institute of Public Administration and Management (Sierra Leone), African Rural University, the first all women’s university in Africa (Uganda), Srinakharinwirot University (Thailand), Karamat Husain Muslim Girls PG College (India) and Avadh Girls PG College (India).

Our projects are supported by Richmond, the American University in London whose students and faculty have worked closely with us since the beginning.

We need your help to continue forming future professionals in developing countries. For 1,300GBP, you can sponsor a professor’s transportation, visas and accommodation costs. For 10,000GBP, we can cover all the costs for our professors, teaching and learning equipment and printing costs for a full summer school. We have been invited to carry out our ambitious project in universities and schools around Africa and beyond. With professors volunteering their time and passion, we have few costs and a huge impact, making us an efficient and worthwhile organization for you to support.

If you share our vision, please support our work and help us give students around the world a better educational experience.
