Our short course in Freetown, Sierra Leone has officially come to a close. The two-week long program welcomed professors Charlie Dove-Edwin, George Richards, Mark Horne, Charlotte Wells, and Majeks Walker at the Institution of Public Administration and Management (IPAM).
The program had a different cohort of students for each week, and we are happy to report that students from both groups were equally engaged and excited with the course catalog, which featured subjects ranging from communications, law, finance and psychology.
We ended this journey with a Closing Ceremony at IPAM headquarters. The closing ceremony featured a talk on Academic Corruption and the presentation of program certificates.
Each PROWIBO lecturer received a plaque carved with a congratulatory message from IPAM deservedly thanking them for their “relentless service to students”.
We would like to thank the students and administration of IPAM for the wonderful experience, as well as Charlie, George, Mark, Charlotte and Majeks for all of their hard work and dedication.
