2019 Professors Without Borders Program Tour: Sierra Leone

This year PROWIBO is aiming high! We are hosting 5 Short Courses in institutions around the world and sending 15 academics and professionals around the world to teach over 500 students.

After an exciting program at Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) in Bangkok, Thailand, we will be returning to Freetown, Sierra Leone for our second short course with the Institution of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). The short course at IPAM begins on July 22nd and runs until August 2nd.

IPAM was founded in 1980 in Freetown, Sierra Leone and is affiliated with the University of Sierra Leone. IPAM provides students with a well-rounded list of degrees, offering courses in banking and finance, accounting, information systems and technology, business administration, entrepreneurship and governance and leadership.

We are thrilled to welcome Charlie Dove-Edwin, George Richards, Mark Horne, Charlotte Wells and Majeks Walker, PROWIBO Co-founder and Director of Operations, to the 2019 team. This year, our lecturers have produced an exciting lineup of courses that includes finance, criminology, psychology, law and communications.
